To facilitate the proper functioning, safeguard safety and the common good, it is necessary to book at the front desk of the Hotel Conde Duque Bilbao at least 45 minutes before use. Maximum time of use per session is 30 minutes.

It is obligatory:
- The use of a towel in the cabin to sit or lie down.
- Use bathing suit and suitable footwear.

It is not allowed:
- The use of street shoes in the cabin and shower area.
- The use of electrical appliances in the cabin.
- Dyeing, depilation, shaving, etc.
- The entry of pregnant women and people with signs of heart disease.
